Billet Gravity Feed Fuel Adapter Manifold for Scepter Fuel Cans

Tired of your leaking gravity feed adapter for your Scepter fuel can? Cracks appearing around the fittings? We have the permanent solution!

The Hunter HDT 171230 gravity feed adapter for the Scepter fuel cans are notorious for cracking and splitting around the fuel line fittings. This is caused by overtightening the fittings and can't be repaired in a way that will last for any length of time. That's where the RTT Billet Bulkhead replacement manifold comes in.

We have machined an exact replacement manifold to replace the center section of the Hunter gravity feed adapter. Our replacement bulkhead exactly matches all of the factory fitting location and sizes. We also included the blind well that holds the spare diaphragm for the air vent. *Notes:

1) Due to the wild variation we've seen in the outer rings inner diameter some adapter may be harder to disassemble that other. If the original plastic center section doesn't pop out with reasonable hand pressure we strongly recommend warming the old assembly with a hair dryer or by placing it in the sun until it is warm to the touch. You don't want to break off the manifold retaining lip when removing the old center section.

2) Again, due to the large variations in out ring dimensions if the new billet bulkhead doesn't pop in with firm hand pressure warm the outer ring to expand it. It really does make a world of difference.

3) Pipe thread Note. Pipe threads do not go all the when in when properly installed. DO NOT try to crank them in until the threads don't show! Proper pipe threads will get tight at just 2-3 turn in. Snug another 1/4 to 1/2 turn and you are done. Thread tape or PTFE pipe sealant are recommended for all pipe threads.
